Matt would be a much better historian because he was present, but I will give the quick facts.
Court typically starts at 9am for everyone; therefore you never know what time the case will be called in to see the judge. You show up and wait.
Well 1st court the entire crew had to wait extra long.....
Apparently Baby Cs case wasnt on the dockett (Sp?) for the judge to see that day. They waited around hoping to see the judge, but Baby Cs attorney requested a continuance.
So as of now the next official court date is not until January 2013.
They are in the process of getting this court date moved closer. This is an important court date because this is when the judge will hear why Baby C is in states custody to begin with.
